Viedoc Study Setup

We offer two ways for setting up Viedoc studies:

1. The study is built by Viedoc Technologies and is based on the protocol and agreed assumptions. It generally takes Viedoc Technologies eight weeks to build a study in Viedoc, and the time frame is dependent on availability.

In this option, Viedoc Technologies is responsible for:

The eCRF design and form creation.
The release of eCRF in demo environment.
The programming/configuration of the edit check specification.

While the customer (you) would:

Review & accept the eCRF and edit checks.
Perform user acceptance test (UAT) of eCRF for finalization.

2. The alternate option would be for our customers to take our course Viedoc Designer Training. Then you could perform your own Viedoc study builds/setup. After completing the course, the approved participants become certified Viedoc Designers and will be able to independently do Viedoc study setups as well as train the site and monitoring staff.
