Queries
The Queries report shows the query data, with the following columns showing:
- Study, Country, Site Code, Site Name, Query Sequence, Subject, Event, Event sequence, Activity Id, Activity Name, Form, Form Sequence, Item, Query Type, Query Status, Query Text, Raised By, Raised On, History, Open to Resolved Days, Resolved to Closed Days, Open to Closed days, Open to Removed Days, Age of Query
Note! The Raised By column shows the queries raised by the Viedoc system or the name of the user who raised the query. The Raised On column shows the time and date the query was raised.
Query sequence

Query type
| Type | Description |

| Validation | Defines automatically raised queries as a result of validation. |
| Manual | Defines manually raised queries. |
Query status

| Open | Includes Raised queries. |
| Removed | Includes Removed queries. |
| Resolved | Includes Resolved queries. |
| Closed | Includes Approved, Rejected, and Closed queries. |
Query text
| Description |

| The text of the query message, applicable for both validation and manual queries. |
Raised by
| Description |
|---|
| Username and user ID of the user who raised the query. |
Raised on
| Description |
|---|
| Time in UTC when the query was raised. |
History
| Description |
|---|
|
Current query state, the name of the user who performed the changes, followed by the user ID in parentheses, and the text explaining a resolution if one was entered. Note! Each query can have one or more rows. |
Open to Resolved days
| Description |
|---|
| The amount of day between a Query Raised and a Query resolved. |
Resolved to Closed days
| Description |
|---|
| The amount of days between a Query Resolved to a Query Rejected, Approved, or Closed. |
Open to Closed days

| The amount of days between a Query Raised to a Query Rejected, Approved, or Closed. |
Open to Removed days
| Description |

| The amount of days between a Query Raised to a Query Removed. |
Age of a query
| Description |

| The amount of days since a Queries Raised calculation for all queries that are Open or Resolved has been completed. |
Note! Pre-queries are not included.
